A Picture's Worth A Thousand Words & Six Languages

Today I went from speaking French with a woman from Togo as she braided my hair, to listening to Kikuyu & Swahili at the annual post-Bix Kenya party for the winner (a Kalenjin from Kenya), to hanging out with my Brazilian friend and her friends as they switched back and forth from Portuguese to English as I tried to follow their conversation with the little bit of Spanish I've learned this summer. With that, I'm too tired to write anything in English, so I'll let pictures substitute for the thousands of words in six languages I heard today.
